We believe in people.Twice a month, we host a shower event for our unhoused friends and neighbors in Gainesville/Hall County, Georgia. Thanks to the generosity of El Tabernaculo de La Paz, Joe and the Overhead Cover team bring out the shower trailer and provide a hot meal alongside safe, compassionate community.
We believe that all people deserve basic human dignities - food, cleanliness, shelter, and a community they can count on. Overhead Cover, Inc. is proud to join with many other local organizations to help our unhoused friends reclaim their dignity. |
How We Serve Our Unhoused Neighbors

Each week, a different family or community group brings in a complete hot meal to serve at a shower event.

Several community organizations come together at shower events to offer a variety of services.

Clean Clothes
From time to time, our volunteers receive and sort through donations of gently used clothing. We can always use new packs of clean socks and underwear.
